Overview
Miamarina at Bayside is the City of Miami's marina downtown, at the north-east corner of Bay Front Park, fronting on Biscayne Boulevard. The city describes it as a 125 wet slip marina that accommodates yachts and mega yachts between 55 and 230 feet length overall, and says its minimum charge is for a 55-foot boat. It monitors VHF channels 16 and 18 and is open every day from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
What the Coast Pilot says instead
Coast Pilot 4 describes the same marina differently: over 200 slips, accommodating craft to 150 feet. The two sources are both current – the city's page and the 18 October 2026 edition of the Coast Pilot – and they disagree on the number of slips and on the biggest boat. This page prints both and does not pick between them.
Getting in
In 1983, Coast Pilot 4 reported depths of 10 feet in the approach with 9 feet in the basin. Those are figures reported in 1983, not a survey of today. The dockmaster's office at the marina is manned 24 hours a day, which is a different thing from the office hours above.
Clearing in
The marina lists US customs clearing, and Coast Pilot 4 notes that U.S. Customs and U.S. Department of Agriculture officials are on call at the dockmaster's office. There is 24 hour staff and security, laundry and pump-out at the marina, fresh water and pump out on the piers, and upland restrooms for customers.
