 one: rule 68B-24.005(2)\, F.A.C. sets the sport season as "the last Wednes
 day and successive Thursday of July each year". July 2027 has Wednesdays o
 n the 7th\, 14th\, 21st and 28th and ends on a Saturday\, so the last Wedn
 esday is 28 July and the successive Thursday 29 July. The FWC publishes no
  notice of its own that we could read — its website refuses automated ac
 cess. The rule allows harvesting only by diving\, bully net or hoop net\, 
 and in Monroe County it bars diving at night and harvesting in or from the
  waters of John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. What is closed there is t
 he lobster\, not the park: rule 68B-24.0065(1)\, F.A.C. bars possessing sp
 iny lobster in or on park waters during these two days "Except for persons
  transiting park waters in a vessel"\, and bars it aboard any vessel from
